Everything a public review can tell you.
Rating slides, angry spikes, what people blame and how you compare with your rivals — read from store data alone, for iOS and Android.
Seven signals, one alert each
Each compares the app against its own recent normal. A slide that lasts a week is one alert that closes itself.
Words against stars
A five-star review that is really a complaint is the one an average hides. Sentiment is read from the text.
Rivals, same arithmetic
Any public listing, read on the same clock and scored the same way as yours. It never alerts you.
For the whole team
Everyone reads it their way.
The inbox for whoever answers, an email for whoever never logs in, and the API for everything else.
An inbox for the team
Unread, starred, assigned, with a note. Every filter is a link you can send.

Questions
Before you paste a link.
The ones people ask first.
Do you need access to my developer account?
No, and there is nowhere to give it. Approbo reads the same public review feeds anybody can read — Apple’s review RSS and the endpoint Google Play’s own store page calls. There is no credential to store, share or rotate.
Can it reply to reviews for me?
No. Replying needs App Store Connect and Play Console access, which is exactly the thing this product does not take. Approbo tells you what to reply to; you reply where you already have the keys.
Can I ask about my reviews from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on any paid plan. Mint a read-only key in Settings, add Approbo’s MCP server to your assistant, and it can search your reviews, read your alerts and compare you with a rival. It can never change anything.
How many people can use one account?
One on Free, three on Solo, ten on Studio and twenty-five on Agency. Owners manage the team and the bill; members do everything else.
Will it wake me up at 3am for one bad review?
It might: every new one- or two-star review is emailed by default, at whatever hour it is read — the low-rating signal starts at two stars and below, and your signup address is its first channel. To hear less, give that signal a minimum length so one-word reviews stay quiet, narrow the channel to one-star reviews or to one app, or turn the signal off. The other six need real volume before they fire, and compare against your app’s own normal rather than a number we picked.
What happens to my reviews if I cancel?
Reviews older than your plan’s retention window are deleted nightly, so dropping to Free trims history to thirty days. Daily rating snapshots are kept regardless, so the shape of your year survives.
